Abstract
Economic development in the Shenzhen Special Zone calls for qualified personnel; it calls for a work force that is adequate in number and advanced in cultural and technological level plus sufficient reserves. This has placed even higher demands on educational institutions in the Special Zone and has pushed its normal educational undertakings forward to an increasingly significant position.
