Abstract
In the past three years, the Electronics Engineering Department of our university, with the aim of producing qualified professionals as a vocational university, concentrated on the basic characteristics of vocational/technical education, that is, practicality. It implemented a comprehensive program emphasizing teaching reform by increasing practicality, and succeeded in setting up a relatively independent practical teaching system. In overall structure, revisions were made to devise a teaching plan that could turn out qualified professionals who could apply theoretical knowledge in the practice of their specialized fields.
