Abstract
As regards the religious life of the clergy under the Chinese Communist regime, various fragmentary reports have already been quoted above, but detailed reports are seldom seen. However, a glimpse of the overall situation may be seen from the following documents, of which the first most adequately reflects the real circumstances surrounding the life of the clergy on the mainland.
