Is There A Shortcut To Study?

Pages 41-46 | Published online: 20 Dec 2014

Abstract

I am a young staffworker, and I went to high school when the educational front was suffering from the catastrophe created by the "Gang of Four." During that period the teachers were afraid of teaching, the students were afraid of learning, and I just drifted along and muddled through. Everything has changed since the gang's downfall. To speed up the process of the four modernizations program, I am eager to plunge into the rapid advance of the new Long March. However, because I didn't study very hard in the past, I am so ignorant that I feel endless remorse. But remorse doesn't help. The only way out is to make up the missed lessons, that is, to study with redoubled efforts. As I am working on a full-time job, my afterwork hours are invaluable. Iintend to find a shortcut to study so that I can achieve twice the result with half the effort. I sincerely hope you can help me.
