Abstract
The above one hundred cases were provided by the Intermediate Peoples Court of Shanghai, the Peoples Courts of Shanghai from the (urban) districts of Hongkou, Xuhui, Huangpu, Jingan, Nanshi, Zhabei, Changning, Luwan, Putuo, and the (peri-urban) counties of Nanhui and Baoshan, as well as the Peoples Courts of various provinces and municipalities. We are grateful for the great support of the comrades from the aforementioned work units.
