Abstract
1. At present, problems arising from the new scientific revolution, the technological revolution, and the industrial revolution are being discussed at home and abroad. An upsurge in studying the prospects of scientific and technological development, economic development, and social development in China and the world is occurring in theoretical circles. We philosophical workers should also give necessary attention and concern to this situation.
