Abstract

The ever-changing population in Europe, which is becoming more and more diverse, has a great impact on its culture and society. European countries, already very diverse, become more so through migration within Europe and the influx from outside Europe. This has a great impact not only on the demographics but also on the education systems of these countries. It is thus urgent to deal with multicultural issues in all areas of life. This issue of European Education discusses some aspects of multicultural concerns in Germany.
