Abstract

The measures for the further comprehensive chemicalization of the national economy, and the progressive structural changes in the Soviet economy that were mapped by the December 1963 and the February 1964 Plenary Meetings of the Party Central Committee, are a concrete expression of the struggle for implementing the programmatic requirement for the development of a socialist economy - to attain, in the interests of society, the greatest possible results with the least possible expenditures.
