Abstract
The Communist Party and the Soviet government have always attached great importance to the development of public education. Following Lenin's design, a genuine cultural revolution took place in our country, which exerted an immense influence on the acceleration of economic construction, on the creation of moral and political unity among the Soviet people, and on the strengthening of friendships among [all] peoples [internationally]. The role of education in the period of communist [social] construction will be even greater.
