The Organization and Functioning of the Soviet Court in the Period of the Comprehensive Building of Communism

Abstract

The greatest document of our times — the CPSU Program — embraces all aspects of the life of our society and demands a creative approach to the evaluation of various social phenomena. The provisions and instructions of the CPSU Program on the essence, tasks and functions of the socialist state of the entire people must be the basis for determining the role of the court in the system of Soviet agencies of government, the tasks facing the court, and the course to be followed in further improving and developing the democratic principles on which it must be organized and in accordance with which it should function.
