Jurisprudence under the Conditions of the Building of Communism

Abstract

The socialist state and law play an active role in establishing the basis for communism in material goods and technology, in shaping communist social relationships, and in educating the new man. The more expedient the structure of the agencies of state power and the organization of the machinery of government, and the more perfect the system of law in effect, the greater will be their effectiveness and the more fruitful will be their influence upon the building of communism.
