Abstract
In the period of the comprehensive building of communism, the Soviet state of the entire people has the task of regulating social relationships so as to promote the successful solution of the following problems: the creation of the basis for communism in material goods and technology, the transformation of socialist relationships into communist, and the education of a new man — the man of communist society.
