Abstract
The Communist Party, having decisively exposed the Stalin personality cult, has restored Lenin's principles in the functioning of the machinery of government, including the agencies of justice. The CPSU Program has posed the tasks of assuring rigorous adherence to socialist legality, uprooting all violations of law and order, eliminating crime, and removing all the causes giving rise to it.
