Problems of Methodology in Jurisprudence

Pages 13-22 | Published online: 08 Dec 2014

Abstract

Problems of jurisprudence are acquiring increasing significance and are attracting widespread attention. It is becoming increasingly clear that the fundamental and most important theoretical propositions of jurisprudence are not the property of lawyers alone, and that their significance is very great for scientific guidance of the development of socialist society, the perfection of socialist social relationships, and the building of communism. Therefore, problems of methodology are now coming to the foreground in Marxist-Leninist jurisprudence.
