Abstract
The article "Angels, Demons, and the Truth" [Angely, demony i istina] (Izvestia, 1966, No. 3) demands an answer from those who participate directly in the administration of justice. We practical jurists know well that judicial errors are not always a consequence merely of a superficial approach to a case by judges and investigators and of lack of knowledge or inability to analyze a complex situation. Such errors are also due to interference in court practice by persons who have no relationship to the administration of justice.
