Discussion in the Learned Council of the Institute Of State and Law, USSR Academy Of Sciences, of the Report of the Secretary of the Gorky Regional Soviet's Executive Committee

Abstract

A report by A. M. Zhilin, Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Gorky Regional Soviet, "Development of Civic Principles in the Work of Local Soviets in the Gorky Region" [Razvitie obshchestvennykh nachal v deiatel'nosti mestnykh Sovetov Gor'kovskoi oblast], was heard and discussed at a meeting of the Learned Council of the Institute of State and Law, USSR Academy of Sciences, in January 1966. Practical workers of the local soviets of the city of Moscow and of Moscow Region, as well as scholarly personnel of the Institute, took part in the discussion of the report.
