Results of a Study of State Development in the Estonian SSR

Abstract

Employment of concrete sociological methods to study the development of public law makes it possible to reveal pressing problems in the work of the machinery of state, as well as stable trends in its development, and to map out ways of improving it. The scientific recommendations resulting from this work can serve as an effective means for scientific generalization of social experience.
