Rules of Trade at Collective Farm Markets

Abstract

The editors have received requests from personnel of the executive committees of local Soviets, deputies serving on standing committees on trade, and activists functioning in the trade departments of the executive committees, for information on the rules of trade at collective farm markets and the assistance to be given collective farms and their individual members engaged in marketing farm produce.
