Abstract
Improving the organization of the administration of the economy touches all aspects of the structure and activity of the various administrative agencies. Systematization of these agencies involves bringing about greater homogeneity as the most important condition for proper determination of the jurisdiction of the agency and as the prerequisite for introducing unified norms of administration, a single system of office procedures, and the use of computers and automated control systems in administration. All this makes it possible to synthesize and study new experiences in government organization for developing general concepts as they apply to central organs of administration, as well as the solution of problems associated with the organization and activity of those bodies.
