Abstract
By way of clarification of sections 3 and 6 of the Instruction on the Conduct of Forensic Psychiatric Expert Examinations in a civil proceeding, adopted September 4, 1965, the following modifications shall be made to the above points:
1. Point 3 of the Instruction should read:
"3. An expert examination in addition shall be conducted in cases whose resolution requires that the court have a judgment on the probable prognosis of the illness of the given person and on the possibility of his exercising certain rights and duties in the future
