Pages 27-39 | Published online: 08 Dec 2014

Abstract

On May 27, 1973, the Universal Copyright Convention of 1952 went into effect for the Soviet Union. Soviet adherence to this multilateral international agreement in the field of copyright is one of the manifestations of the general line of Soviet foreign policy, directed, inter alia, at further development of the scientific, technological, and cultural ties of the Soviet state with other countries.
