Improving Guarantees of Women's Labor Rights Under the Conditions of Developed Socialist Society

Abstract

At present there is no branch of the economy in which women do not work and where they do not make their contribution to the cause of building communism. The state consistently creates conditions as the country's economic might develops making it possible for women to combine work on the job and civic activity with happy motherhood and the performance of family obligations. A considerable role in the creation of such conditions is played by improvement in guarantees of work-related women's rights, which are reinforced in the new labor legislation.
