Abstract
The practice of supervision by the procuracy over exact and undeviating implementation of collective farm legislation shows that subsequent to the adoption of the Model Charter of a Collective Farm, the local Party, soviet, and agricultural agencies have carried out important measures for the development of collective farm democracy in the management of social production.
