Abstract
The debates that occur every once in a while on the subject "What Should an Evening Paper Be Like?" cannot be of simply narrow professional interest. Even if the issue is the principles of makeup or the appearance of a publication, everyone who is involved not only in bringing a paper out but also in determining the main directions of its activity has an interest in the conclusions drawn.
