Abstract
The editors of Sovetskoe gosudarstvo i pravo have been conducting a discussion about problems of further improving economic legislation and legal work in the economy. For the field of jurisprudence and the readers of this journal, great interest attaches to the opinions of ministers directing economic ministries about the problems of implementing the joint decree of the CPSU Central Committee and the USSR Council of Ministers "On Measures for Further Improvement of the Economic Legislation" of June 25, 1975.
