How the Work of a Collegium is Organized

Abstract

The work of a ministry collegium is based on a plan. In most ministries a plan of collegium meetings is drawn up for the following quarter, in some for the next six months. This procedure makes a certain sense, for it provides the opportunity for taking a more detailed approach to preparation of the questions presented for discussion and for considering problems of the development of the branch of the economy from a more long-term point of view.
