Abstract
The socialization of the new human being — the active builder of communism — is a most important concern of our Party. And it is successfully solving this stupendous problem. At the Twenty-fifth Congress of the CPSU, Comrade L. I. Brezhnev said that in the six decades that have passed, the Soviet person "has changed beyond recognition, combined in himself ideological conviction and immense vital energy, culture, knowledge, and the ability to apply them. This is a human being who, while a fervent patriot, has been, and always will be, a consistent internationalist."
