Abstract
An appeal by V. V. Vetrov, E. I. Kuzin, and S. Ia. Khait, members of the CPSU and instructors at the Orel Construction Technical School, against a decision of regional Party organs to hold them to Party account was received by the Party Control Committee of the CPSU Central Committee.
