Abstract
Strictest obedience to state discipline in preparing reports and prompt submission of exact information objectively reflecting the state of affairs and the fulfillment of economic plans are necessary conditions for successfully solving the socioeconomic tasks of developed socialist society. The slightest violation of these requirements creates difficulties for the effort to achieve optimal management and planning in the economy.
