Abstract
As noted in the report of the CPSU Central Committee to the Twenty-sixth Party Congress, of late "those who oppose … the improvement of relations with the Soviet Union and other socialist countries have become noticeably more active." There has also been a more intensive confrontation of ideas in the legal sphere; and this obliges legal scholars to promptly rebuff the ideological subversion of imperialism and its minions and to wage a consistent struggle against all forms of opportunism and revisionism.
