Abstract
The concept of political institutions plays an ever greater part in research on the theoretical and methodological problems in political life and in the political system of socialism. What is their nature? What is the nature of the system in which the process of institutionalization is expressed? What kinds of tasks are realized because of the effective functioning of political institutions? How do they influence the social creativity of the masses and the development of the individual?
