Pages 54-64 | Published online: 08 Dec 2014

Abstract

Applied decorative works of art, which are mentioned among other subjects of copyright law in Article 475 of the RSFSR Civil Code, are a type of imitative art work. They are characterized by two features: their practical nature and artistic quality. The great majority of these works are not produced in single copies, but are mass produced.
