Abstract
Among the system of measures designed to promote the fulfillment of the Food Program, an important place is occupied by the rational use of land and of material, labor, and financial resources, increasing labor productivity, improving the quality of work, eliminating losses, and practicing economy and thrift. Procuratorial organs are called upon to take an active part in the realization of these tasks.
