Abstract
The implementation of the Food Program and the fulfillment of the decrees of the CPSU Central Committee and the Soviet government adopted on the basis of the program require strict observance of legal norms in the production, procurement, storage, transporting, and processing of agricultural products. It is for this reason that the Irkutsk Regional Procuracy devotes constant attention to the strengthening of legality in all sectors of agricultural production.
