Abstract
An important place in the resolution of various economic construction problems belongs to the nation's rail, air, and water transport services. The CPSU Central Committee is ever mindful of the problem of satisfying the national economy's transport needs. In the interest of carrying out the tasks posed by the Party and the government, procuracy workers, including transport procurators, are continually trying to increase the effectiveness of procuratorial supervision of the observance of Soviet laws, particularly in the area of economic legislation. Transport procuracy organs are trying to organize and conduct supervisory work in such a way that it will most effectively affect the state of legality and ultimately strengthen state discipline both in inter-farm relations and in the activity of official transport work collectives.
