Abstract

Not much is known about him. He was bom in 1937, a native of the village of Borki in the Kursk region, non-Party, Russian, seventh-grade education, married with two children. Before his arrest he worked as a turner at the Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Construction Plant (NELCP).
