Fedor Burlatskii: Eduard Ambrosievich, we all remember your, I would call it, historic speech to the Fourth Congress of USSR People's Deputies, where you expressed your gravest premonitions concerning the possibility of a dictatorship of reactionary forces being established in our country. How do you assess the attempt of the junta to overthrow the government and, from your point of view, what lessons are the most important?
