Abstract
The publisher is pleased to remind subscribers that Russian Politics and Law: A Journal of Translations has been in transition to a bimonthly publication schedule over the course of 1993. Volume 31 is being published in six issues (Summer 1992-Fall 1993). Volume 32 will appear bimonthly in 1994 so that we may give fuller coverage to the rapidly changing field of political science and legal studies in the former Soviet Union.
