Abstract
The positive changes taking place in the world as a consequence of the democratization of the world community and the deideologization of relations between states and nations, and the emergence of potentially new approaches to the resolution of humanitarian questions and problems associated with the conservation of the human environment, have enabled us to renounce confrontation and initiate mutually advantageous cooperation on issues of environmental protection and the safeguarding of human health under conditions of the technical, technological, and biotechnological revolution.
