Abstract

At the turn of the century, the world community is entering a significant period in which a new balance among the centers of power will be established. In economics, this period will determine the strategic creditors and debtors. In the current situation, Russia finds itself in the role of the led, not the leader. Today's challenge to Russia's economy is to avoid the role of strategic debtor.
