Abstract
The 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation established a system of highest state bodies that has no precedent in our fatherland. Among these state bodies the Fundamental Law of the Russian State (Article 11) lists the presidency of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly (Federation Council and State Duma), the Russian government, and the highest courts.
