Abstract
On 3 November 2009 the Third Assembly of the Russian World opened in the General Library of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. The Most Holy Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus took part in the solemn ceremony and in a programmatic address presented the Church's vision of the Russian world and of ways to consolidate and develop it.
