Russian and U.S. Interests in Central Asia

Abstract

As the strategic interests of Russia and the United States change in Central Asia, a creative partnership between the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) would improve the management of security risks in the region and benefit both sides.
