Blow-up and general decay of solutions for a Kirchhoff-type equation with distributed delay and variable-exponents

Abstract

A nonlinear Kirchhoff-type equation with distributed delay and variableexponents is studied. Under suitable hypothesis the blow-up of solutions is proved, and by using an integral inequality due to Komornik the general decay result is obtained in the case b = 0.
