Torsion of the Fallopian Tube During Pregnancy

Abstract

We describe 3 cases of torsion of the Fallopian tube during pregnancy, caused by sactosalpinx, a cyst of the mesosalpinx, and an ovarian cyst. Other causes of torsion of the Fallopian tube are discussed. The difficulty of diagnosing this condition during pregnancy is emphasized.
