Clinical Studies of a Pseudo-Croup Series

Abstract

During the past year pseudo-croup has increased in incidence and severity, bacterial infection is unlikely to be a cause, a history of allergy was found in 22%. Of 281 children 141 had previosly suffered from pseudo-croup. At least in some cases prednisolon made tracheotomy unnecessary.
