Abstract

Durch Implantation eines luftgefiillten Hohlkörpers aus Silastic über das runde Fenster gelingt es, bei Patienten mit völlig verödeter Pauke und irreversibel verschlossener Tube einen beträchtlichen Hörgewinn zu erzielen. Die Methodik wird beschrie-ben und das Ergebnis an 2 Beispielen demonstriert.
