Abstract

The paper illustrates the results of a spectro-graphic research carried out on the voices of patients operated on with the technique of reconstructive la-ryngectomy, and given a neo-larynx. The results show a great resemblance between the voice of the neo-larynx (composed of the first tracheal rings) and the physiological voice.
