Abstract

In order to get a reliable material at the cytological sampling or at the biopsy the Toluidine blue test has been designed. The method is based upon the fact that cancer cells contain quantitatively more DNA and RNA to which nucleid acids the Toluidine blue has an affinity. The results were correlated to the histopathological investigations and proved to agree.
