Secondary Premature Ejaculation Due to Semen Sensitivity

Abstract

A case of secondary premature ejaculation due to the patient's emotional reaction to his partner developing a sensitivity to his semen is described. The implications of this and similar case reports for current theories as to the aetiology of premature ejaculation are briefly discussed.
